Centaurs

 Centaurs Series
 The artwork series began in 1968 with tones of constructivism and Cubo-futurism, in the 1980’s the series was influenced by Realism.  Krynsky wished to share his vision of the Centaur, a modern Centaur aged over thousands of years, and explored over the last forty years of his artistic life. Centaurs as represented by Krynsky typify the struggle between man and woman. Some Centaurs were renegades, others geniuses, all lived amongst the roaming hills, fought with their enemies, fell in love and led to the birth of a new Centauraid.  The artist completed each work from engraving to printing, never outsourcing to a print shop.
